Shipping & Delivery Time and Costs

1 . Orders placed before 12 pm AEST Monday - Friday (New York, USA) will be shipped in 1-4 business days from that date.
2. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.
3. Orders will be delivered between 8 am–6 pm Monday to Friday. *Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature may be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver may leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.

Customs & Duties

1 . All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

2. We ship from the United States and affiliated worldwide warehouses,  so if you're an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country.
3. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
4. ChiroFanatics is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Return & Exchange Policies

If you are not satisfied with the products received for any reason, we'll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

1. Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event can not be returned
2 . ChiroFanatics offers easy 30 day returns from the delivery date on all items, and items must be returned together with original proof of purchase;
3. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
4. We encourage you to return your items via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and taking note of your tracking number. ChiroFanatics is not liable for the loss of items being returned.
